I don’t need a holiday to dine at Ad Hoc, one of Thomas Keller’s top rated restaurants. It’s a prix fixe dinner, everyone gets the same thing based on what’s cooking in the kitchen. And it’s always delicious. You normally have to wait until the day of to see what’s on the menu but lookie here, I have a link to the Thanksgiving dinner menu - spoiler: there’s caviar involved!
